I am one very angry lady right now… Twice in two days I have been pushed into a corner… in my car by chauvinistic a$$e$. You would think after many years here I would be used to it but it is still annoying.

Take note:

Wedding ring means married
Not looking back at you means happily married and not interested.
BANGING on my window is just going to get yourself killed- next person that does that to me is getting run over…

Seriously dudes- find other ways to get women and seriously consider who you are harassing.

A guy tonight literally was a centimeter from my car and that was after following me from the gas station- I’m a nervous driver as it is without you tailgating me and then driving alongside me and almost making me crash.

Not Amused.

You seriously are pathetic.

I was alone tonight, el7umdella but yesterday I had my 3 year old son in the car and that didn’t even seem to bother the dude yesterday.

I have nothing else to say….

Madeira Cake

Madeira Cake is an easy recipe and a great one for beginners to start off with.

So here’s what you need: sugar, flour, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, milk and eggs.

220grams of sugar
2 eggs
120grams of butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (I like to use the powdered vanilla rather than the liquid- for some reason it tastes better)
200grams of flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
120ml milk- you can use low fat or skimmed but you will get a creamier, richer flavour if you use full cream.

Mix it all up- it’s EASY, pour it into a greased cake tin/mould and voila- you are done.

Pop it into an oven at around 190 for 30minutes. Times may vary depending on how pernickety your oven is.
